Shared Immersive Viewing Without Headsets

The 4-Surface Immersive CAVE Projection Room creates a room-scale visual environment that multiple visitors can experience together. Instead of placing each guest inside an individual VR headset, the attraction surrounds the group with large-format imagery across the front, left, right and floor display surfaces.

Visitors can enter without wearing a headset or handling additional viewing equipment. This makes the experience suitable for families, tour groups, school visits and mixed-age audiences who want to view and discuss the same content together.

Four-Surface 4K CAVE Display

The core CAVE display zone uses 4K Ultra HD projection to extend visual content across four connected surfaces. The confirmed configuration includes a front display, two side displays and a floor display. A ceiling display is not included in the current structure.

The reference CAVE display zone measures approximately 6.528 metres wide, 4.032 metres deep and 3.84 metres high. Its multi-surface layout creates a stronger sense of visual enclosure and spatial depth than a conventional single-screen theater.

Separate Glass-Floor Viewing Area

Outside the core CAVE display zone is a separate segmented glass-floor viewing and transition area. Blue illuminated edges define the individual floor sections and continue the visual atmosphere beyond the main projection space.

The external glass floor and the projected floor inside the CAVE zone are different structural areas. Final glass material, thickness, load capacity and supporting structure must therefore be determined during the engineering design stage.

Enclosed Layout and Visitor Flow

The complete reference installation measures approximately 11.62 × 7.48 × 4.20 metres and uses a metal main structure.

A separate entrance is positioned on the right side, with the exit on the left. Side corridors measuring approximately 2 metres each help organize visitor movement through the attraction and provide a clearer route for group entry and departure.

Switchable Immersive Content

Different visual themes can be selected to change the atmosphere and purpose of the room. Available content directions can include ocean exploration, outer space, dinosaur adventures, natural environments, time travel and fantasy worlds.

Switchable content allows the same physical attraction to support family entertainment, seasonal programming, educational presentations and themed events. The final number of content packages and the included media library should be confirmed for each project.

Applications for Entertainment and Education

The CAVE projection room is suitable for theme parks, family entertainment centers, indoor amusement venues, immersive exhibitions, science centers, museums and shopping-mall entertainment areas.

Its shared viewing format provides a different experience from individual VR simulators and headset attractions. It can be used as a stand-alone visual attraction or combined with digital sports, interactive games and other immersive installations within a larger entertainment venue.

Project-Specific Technical Planning

Projector quantity, projector model, brightness, audio configuration, voltage, total power, visitor capacity and installation conditions must be finalized according to the venue.

Interactive sensing hardware, motion platforms, wind effects and water effects should not be treated as standard components unless they are specifically included in the confirmed project proposal.
